Eirence Buildcon is located over in Kandiwali West, specifically in the Charkop area. Our office is at 27-28, B & C, and it is a place where we do a lot of the heavy lifting for our projects. Charkop is a busy part of Mumbai, and being here puts us close to a lot of our ongoing work. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of employees; we are a smaller team that focuses on getting things built. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone on the phone with a supplier or the hum of the printer. We do not put a lot of effort into making the place look like a showroom because we would rather be out at the actual construction sites. It is a practical space with plenty of room for our files and the technical drawings we use every day. We have had our ups and downs like any business, especially with how unpredictable the weather and material costs can be in the city. But we just keep at it. People in Kandiwali know us as regular folks who work in the building trade. We do not use big words or make promises we cannot keep. It is just about showing up every day and making sure the work gets done as best as we can. If you drop by, you might find us drinking tea and arguing over a site plan, but that is just how we operate. (259 words)
