Eat 8 Enterprises Llp

We work out of Gala No. 9 in the Bishen Udyog Premises. It’s tucked away behind the Sai Dham temple which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Eat 8 Enterprises Llp is basically a small unit in an industrial plot. Plot numbers 115 and 117 are where all the action happens. It’s an old-school industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks idling nearby. The gala itself isn't very big so we have to be really smart about how we stack things. We spend most of the day on our feet, moving boxes and checking the inventory. It’s usually pretty hot inside, especially in the afternoons. We have a small desk tucked in the corner for the paperwork but most of the work is done on the floor. It’s a gritty sort of place but it feels real. We get our supplies in the morning and then we spend the rest of the time getting everything ready for the next day. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait it out. It’s part of the life here. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a small enterprise doing our best with the space we have. It’s a lot of sweat and long hours but seeing the work get done is worth it. We hope to stay here for a long time.
