Dum Zaiqa Handis Llp is located over at Bldg No B 20, 16, Plot 6 A 1 in Netravati Chs. We’re right on Film City Road, near the actual Film City in Zone 5, Malad East. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, as you can probably imagine. We are always dealing with the traffic and the noise from the street, but it’s a good spot to be in. The building itself is just a standard place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we’re usually busy with the handis and getting everything ready for the day. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen area, especially when we have everything running at once. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to make us look polished. It’s just us, some heavy pots, and a lot of cooking. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting around and it gets a bit hectic. We’ve been in this Malad spot for a bit now. We like being near Film City because there is always something going on. The walls are a bit stained from the steam, and we aren't always great at keeping the paperwork tidy, but the food part is what we focus on. It’s a real, working kitchen and it looks like one. We just do our thing every day and try to keep up with the orders that come in. There's always a lot of washing up to do at the end.
