Dsouza Food Innoventures Llp

Primrose, Kevin, and Jihn run things here at Park House. We're on the second floor. It’s an old spot on Nathalal Parikh Marg in Colaba. We started Dsouza Food Innoventures Llp because we wanted to try some new things with food. It’s mostly just us working together in the office every day. Colaba is a very busy area, but our building stays pretty quiet most days. We spend a lot of time looking at different recipes and ways to pack things. It’s not a big fancy operation, just a small group of us trying to get things right. Sometimes the stairs at Park House are a bit much, but it’s home for the business now. We focus on the work itself. Kevin usually handles the technical bits while the rest of us look at the actual food ideas. Being an LLP means we keep things official, but the day-to-day is very casual. We've been here for a bit now, getting to know the neighborhood. People around Colaba know where we are if they need to drop something off. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the names on the door. It feels like a real family project most of the time. We just want to keep making things that people actually want to eat without making a huge fuss about it. That's pretty much what we do here. It's a simple life for us in this corner of the city.
