If you look for us, we’re located over at the Nagree Compound on Maulana Azad Road. It’s right in the Madanpura area, which is always full of life and a bit of chaos, to be honest. Our office is on the second floor, room 1069. It’s an old part of Mumbai Central, and we like it that way because it feels real. We handle a mix of real estate stuff and construction projects. Some days are just filled with people coming in to talk about property, while other days we are out at sites checking on how things are going. It’s a lot of coordination, really. The area around Maulana Azad Road can get pretty packed, especially during the middle of the day, so getting materials delivered or even just getting to a meeting on time can be a challenge. But we’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know the shortcuts. We don’t have a big reception area with fancy lights. It’s just desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders. We focus on the practical side of things. If someone needs a building worked on or a piece of land looked at, we take a look and see what can be done. It’s straightforward work. We don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We’re just a bunch of guys working in the heart of the city, keeping things moving.
