We are located on the ground floor of the Sharada Sangeet Vidyalayam building on K Road. Being in Kalanagar, Bandra East, means we are right in the thick of things in Mumbai. It’s a good spot, even if the parking is a nightmare sometimes and the noise from the road never stops. We do building work and construction, mostly focusing on projects around this part of the city. Our office isn't big, but it’s where we do all the organizing and planning. We don’t go in for all those corporate speeches or polished presentations. We just like to build things. It’s a practical job that requires a lot of patience and some tough decisions. Dealing with the weather and the local regulations takes up a lot of our energy every week. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve seen how much Bandra has changed over the years. We’re just one small part of that growth, I guess. Most of our days are spent on the phone or meeting with people to talk about their plans. We don’t use any fancy language to describe our work because at the end of the day, it's just about bricks, steel, and mortar. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. It’s not always what people want to hear, but it’s the truth of the industry. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. That’s how we’ve always operated here in Kalanagar.
