Dotact Building Solutions Llp is based out of Tagore Nagar in Vikhroli East. We are in Room Number 2558, which is part of Chawl Number 152 in Group Number 5B. It’s a very local, neighborhood setting. We don’t have a glass-fronted office or a receptionist. It’s more of a walk-in kind of place where we keep our tools and our records. Vikhroli East has a specific feel to it, and Tagore Nagar is right in the middle of all that activity. We spend our time figuring out building solutions for various projects. It’s mostly practical stuff, nothing too complicated to explain. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the next job, and other days it’s complete chaos with everyone trying to leave for a site at the same time. The office in Chawl 152 is small, so we have to stay organized, though it doesn't always look that way to an outsider. We don't use any fancy business talk or try to impress anyone with big presentations. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Being in a chawl means we are close to the people we work with and the community we live in. It’s a humble setup, but it’s been working for us for quite a while now without any problems.
