DIY DEVELOPMENT LLP

DIY Development LLP is over in Kandivali West. Our office is Room 102 in Patel Avenue, which sits on M.G. Road. It is right opposite Nirmal College, so there are always students and a lot of activity happening outside. Kandivali is a very active part of Mumbai City, in the 400067 area. We are on the first floor, and the building is easy to find because of the college across the street. We do development work, and the name DIY Development LLP basically explains what we are about. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of staff members. It is just a small group of us here in the office on MG Road. We handle all the paperwork, talk to people about different development sites, and keep the business running every day. Some days the traffic on MG Road is really bad and loud, but that is just how things are in Mumbai. The office at Patel Avenue is a decent size for what we need. We do not have any polished speeches or mission statements to give people. We just show up and do the work. Being near Nirmal College gives the whole area a bit of energy. We have been in Kandivali West for some time now and it is a good place for us to be. We just stick to what we know and manage our projects as best as we can.
