Our office is located in the IJMIMA Complex, which is a big place off Link Road in Malad West. We are on the 6th floor in Gala number 641. Malad is a busy hub, and the Link Road area is especially crowded most days. Being in a complex like IJMIMA means we’re surrounded by all kinds of other businesses, which is interesting. We focus on development projects, mostly around the suburban areas. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the various sites we have going. Some days the elevators are slow and the traffic on Link Road is a nightmare, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We have a small team here at Dharti Saisha. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and contractors, making sure everything is arriving when it’s supposed to. It’s a lot of juggling, to be honest. We’ve been in this office for a while now, and the walls are covered with old maps and project schedules. It’s not a showroom; it’s a workspace. We like the energy of Malad. There’s always something new being built nearby, and it keeps us on our toes. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing, day in and day out. That is how we have always operated here on the 6th floor.
