DHARAMASTHAL MANJUNATH CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We are based out of Parel, right opposite the Mahatma Gandhi Hospital. Our office is up on the eighth floor of Ashok Tower in Tower D. We go by Dharamasthal Manjunath Constructions LLP. Most days here are spent looking at plans and talking to contractors on the phone. It gets pretty loud and hectic in this part of Mumbai, but we are used to it by now. The address is D 803/4 on S. S. Rao Road. If you know the area, you know how the traffic can be. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and different plots where we have work going on. Construction isn't a clean or easy job. There is always dust, noise, and some kind of delay with the materials or the weather. When it rains hard in Mumbai, everything slows down, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just build things. Our team is small, mostly people who have been doing this for years. We handle the paperwork here in the office and the heavy lifting happens out on the sites. It’s a lot of back and forth. We don't have a big reception area because we are usually too busy to sit around. We just try to get the walls up and the roofs on. It’s basic work, but it keeps us busy every day. Finding the right laborers and making sure they show up is half the battle.
