Our office is tucked away in Shop No 10 at Banu Mazil. If you know where the ACP Swimming Pool is on M G Road in Kandivali West, then you are pretty close to us. We are in the B Building in Sai Nagar. DEMSEL DEVELOPERS LLP started because we wanted to work on local building projects right here in this part of town. It is a small shop, but it fits everything we need like our desks and all the project files we have piled up over time. Some days it feels a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in to give updates, but we make it work. Living and working in Kandivali means we see the changes in the neighborhood every day. We do not have a big corporate headquarters, just this space in Banu Mazil. People usually stop by to ask about current work or just to say hello while they are out on M G Road. The area stays pretty active, especially with the pool nearby. We keep our operations simple. We focus on getting the day-to-day tasks finished so the construction stays on track. It is mostly about coordinating between different people and making sure the supplies get to the right place at the right time. We have been at this address for a bit now and it feels like home. No big speeches or anything, just us doing our job in Sai Nagar and keeping things moving.
