Deldar Properties Limited Liability Part Nership

Deldar Properties Limited Liability Part Nership is a bit of a long name, but we are just a small outfit. We are located at 24, Floor 2, in the Kesar Building. This is Plot 201/211 on Shamaldas Gandhi Marg. It’s right in the middle of Chira Bazar in Kalbadevi. If you know the area, you know it’s very old and very crowded. Kesar Building has been around for ages. Our office is on the second floor. The stairs are a bit steep and the hallways are narrow, but it has a lot of character. We like being in Kalbadevi because there is so much history here. Most of our day is spent dealing with property matters in this part of Mumbai. It’s a lot of work and the phone rings quite a bit. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s more like a traditional merchant’s office with heavy wooden desks and lots of ledgers. We keep things simple and practical. We are just a few partners working together. There isn't any fancy hierarchy here. If something needs doing, one of us just does it. Shamaldas Gandhi Marg is always loud with traffic and people, but once you get inside the building, it’s a bit quieter. We’ve been here for a good while and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a rough and tumble part of the city, but we like the energy of Chira Bazar.
