Our office is located at 414 on the fourth floor of Bussa Udyog Bhavan. This building is on Tokersey Jivraj Road in the Sewree area of Mumbai. If you know Sewree, you know it is a very industrial part of the city with lots of warehouses and older commercial buildings. Bussa Udyog Bhavan is one of those busy places where there are always people moving goods around and trucks parked outside. We have been in room 414 for quite some time now, running Crystalone Realty Llp. The building is a bit older, and the elevators are sometimes a little slow, so we often take the stairs when we are in a hurry. Inside the office, it is just a normal workspace with desks and some chairs for when people stop by. We do not have any expensive decor or corporate branding. It is just a place where we do our real estate work. Tokersey Jivraj Road is a busy stretch, but once you are up on the fourth floor, the noise from the street fades away a little bit. We spend most of our day on the computer or talking on the phone about different properties. It is a very practical, no-nonsense environment. We like being in Sewree because it feels like a real, working part of Mumbai. There is no pretense here, just people getting their jobs done every day.
