We’re based in Flat 202, A Wing, at the Nikhileshwar Complex. It’s tucked away behind the Venus Cinema, which makes it easy to explain to people where we are. Constant Aces Llp is a small operation, and we like it that way. We don't have a giant office or a lot of staff. Most days it’s just a couple of us sitting in the flat, working through whatever projects we have on our plate. It’s a quiet enough spot, though you can sometimes hear the crowds from the cinema on big movie release days. We’ve set up the rooms with the basic equipment we need. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We don't wear ties or have formal meetings. We just talk across the room to each other when something needs to be sorted out. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and handle things our own way. We do a bit of consulting and general business support. We don't do any major advertising because we’ve found that doing a decent job for one person usually leads to another job later on. It’s been working out for us so far. We just show up every day, do the work, and try to keep things simple. If you’re looking for a big shiny office, this isn’t it. But if you want people who just get on with the job, we’re here in Flat 202.
