Cona Builders Llp is located on the third floor of the Ijmima building, specifically in units 323 and 324. We’re right off the Link Road in Malad West, sitting just behind the Infiniti mall. It’s a busy area with a lot of imitation jewellery businesses around us, which makes for an interesting mix of people in the hallways. We don't have a giant showroom or anything like that. Our office is where the actual planning for our building projects happens. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it’s a bit of a madhouse with people coming and going. We aren't a big corporate entity; we’re just a group of people who know how to put buildings together. Malad is a great place to be because everything is so close, though the traffic can be a real pain during rush hour. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up, do the drawings, manage the sites, and try to keep everything moving. It’s practical work that requires focus. If you come by, you’ll see we are just regular folks. We don't have any interest in being flashy or sounding corporate. We just want to get the construction work done without any unnecessary drama. That’s how we’ve always done things here, and it seems to work out fine.
