City Transformation Foundation

City Transformation Foundation is based in Borivali West, in a place called IC Colony. Our office is inside the Church Hill Compound on Holy Cross Road, specifically unit J/4-C. It’s a relatively quiet part of the city compared to the madness of the station area. There are a lot of trees around the compound, which makes the walk to the office quite nice even in the afternoon heat. The building itself is older, and our office is just a simple setup with a few desks and chairs. We aren't a big, flashy organization with a lot of money. Most of what we do involves coordinating with local groups and trying to fix small things around the city. Borivali is a massive place, so there is always something that needs attention. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people in different wards. The office is where we come back to figure things out and keep our records straight. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we run out of tea, but we don't let it bother us. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, and we don't have many rules about how things should look as long as the work gets finished. We’ve been part of the IC Colony community for a while now, and we like it here. It feels like a small village inside a giant city, which helps us stay focused on the real people.
