You can find us on the 6th floor of the Commerce Center in Tardeo. We are at F 1, which is where we do all our engineering and construction planning. Tardeo is a very central part of Mumbai, so it helps us reach our different project sites relatively easily, depending on the traffic, of course. The Commerce Center is one of those classic business buildings that has been around for a long time. It’s not a brand-new skyscraper, but it works perfectly for us. Citadel Construction and Engineering is a small outfit, and we mostly focus on the technical side of things. We have engineers coming in and out all day, usually with mud on their shoes from whatever site they were just visiting. Inside our office, it's pretty quiet compared to the noise of the city outside. We spend hours looking over engineering drawings and making sure the math adds up. It's a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the practical side of building things. We don't really do the big marketing stuff; we just take on projects and try to finish them without too many complications. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We like being in Tardeo because it feels like the heart of the city's commercial world. It’s a no-nonsense environment, which suits the way we work on construction projects every day.
