Cinnaholic Bakers Llp

You can find us at Cinnaholic Bakers Llp in Shop No G 74. We are on the first floor near Fortis Hospital on Link Road. It’s a busy spot because of the hospital nearby. There are always people walking past and cars honking. We get a lot of the hospital staff and visitors coming by to see what we're up to. The shop isn't very big, but it’s where we do all our baking and prep work. The ovens stay on for most of the day, so it’s always warm inside. We have flour on our aprons and sugar on the counters. It’s not the neatest place, but it's where we work. We use the Link Road for all our deliveries, which can be a nightmare during rush hour. We’ve learned to plan around the traffic. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and one of us has to run out to the local market. The first floor is a bit quieter than the ground level, but we still hear everything from the street. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anyone to write nice things about us. We just make the food and hope people like it. The windows get foggy when it rains. We mostly just talk about what we’re going to eat for lunch or when the next batch of dough will be ready. It’s a lot of standing and stirring, but we don't mind it.
