CHINAI-PIRAMAL BUILD TECH LLP

Chinai-Piramal Build Tech LLP has its office in Worli, at the Neelam Centre. We are on the 4th floor in the B Wing. The building is on Hind Cycle Road, which is a fairly well-known spot in this part of Mumbai City. It is an industrial kind of area, so there is always a lot of activity and trucks moving around outside. Our space in the Neelam Centre is where we handle the build tech side of things. It is a standard office layout, nothing too special to look at. We have the usual desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of papers everywhere. Being in 400030 puts us right in a central location, which helps when we have to go out to different parts of the city. The 4th floor is high enough to get away from some of the street noise, but you can still hear the city hum. We do not spend much on decor or fancy furniture. It is more about having a place to sit and get the day's tasks finished. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or checking on project statuses. It is a hardworking environment, and we like it that way. Hind Cycle Road is always busy, so we usually just grab lunch from one of the local stalls nearby while working at Chinai-Piramal Build Tech LLP.
