Our office is in Ayesha Tower, specifically Unit A 102, right on S.V. Road in Jogeshwari West. If you know the area, you know how hectic S.V. Road can get at any time of day. We’re right in the middle of all that noise and energy at Chhapra Constructions Llp. Being in a CHS building means we’re surrounded by neighbors, which keeps us grounded. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby full of marble. Our space is functional, filled with site maps, samples of materials, and too many coffee cups. We spend a lot of our time out on the sites anyway, so the office is mostly for the paperwork side of things. Construction is a tough business in Mumbai, with all the regulations and the tight spaces we have to work in. We’ve learned to be pretty flexible and just handle things as they come up. We don’t have a PR department or anyone to write nice things about us. We just let our work in Jogeshwari and the surrounding suburbs speak for itself. It’s about building things that last and not cutting corners. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a quote or check a plan, but that’s just part of the life. We’re just local people doing a job we understand, trying to make a living and build something useful.
