Chefs Runway Llp

Chefs Runway Llp operates out of Flat No. 6 at 12/B Navjivan Colony. We are on Mori Road in Mahim. It’s a residential area, so we try to keep things quiet for the neighbors. Running a business from a flat has its challenges, but it works for what we do. We are mostly focused on the creative side of the food industry. Sometimes we are testing out new ideas and other times we are just handling the admin side of things. Mahim is a busy place, and Mori Road is no exception. There is always something happening outside. We like being in this part of Mumbai because it feels real. It’s not like the sterile corporate parks. We have a small kitchen setup where we try things out. The living room has been turned into an office with a couple of desks and a lot of books. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth. We don't spend time on fancy marketing materials. We’d rather spend that time working on our projects. The building is old but sturdy, and we’ve made ourselves at home here over the last few years. It’s a simple life of cooking and planning, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It is just us here doing our best.
