You can find Chef Rdf Llp over in Kandivali East, specifically in the Lokhandwala Complex. We are in Sapphire Heights, Building Number 5, on the first floor in Flat 102. It’s a nice residential complex, so it’s much quieter than working on the main road. The office feels more like a home because it actually is a flat. We have converted the rooms to fit our desks and some storage for our food-related business. It is a bit of a walk from the main gate of the complex to our building, but the security guards are helpful. We don't have a big staff, just a small group of people who handle the daily operations. Most of our work involves talking to chefs and managing food supplies. We have a small kitchen area where we test things out sometimes, but it’s mostly for our own lunch. The first floor is convenient because we don't always have to wait for the lift, which can be busy during school hours. We have some plants on the window sill and a lot of folders stacked on the shelves. It’s a calm place to work compared to the rush of the city outside. We just go about our business, making sure the orders are tracked and the suppliers are paid on time. It’s a practical setup that works well for what we need to do.
