We are Chatushtay Corp Advisory Llp. Our office is in Dahisar East, Mumbai City-400068. We operate out of Sai Anand CHS Ltd, in Flat B/203. It's part of the Anand Nagar area. Being in a housing society means it’s a lot quieter than the rest of Mumbai, which we appreciate. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a high-rise office. We just have a small space with a few desks and some cupboards for our files. We do our advisory work from here, mostly talking to people on the phone or through emails. It’s a very grounded way of working. We’ve been part of the Maharashtra business world for some time now. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. There are no best service claims or anything like that here. We just try to be helpful and do our work honestly. The team is small, and we’ve all been together for a while. We know our neighbors and we’re part of the local community. It’s a nice place to spend the day. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and keep going. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. Everyone just pitches in where they can. It’s a decent, simple way to run a business and it works for us. We just take things one day at a time.
