Chikuwadi is a nice enough area, mostly families and small local businesses like ours. Being in a shop on the ground level means we see a lot of what goes on in the street. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise office where you need an elevator. You can just walk right up to the door. The space inside is small but it works for what we need. We handle all the hospitality coordination from this single room. It gets a bit dusty because of the road, so we are always cleaning the glass. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with the backroads of Borivali. We have some chairs for visitors, though it’s mostly just us working on the computers. The building is one of those standard Mumbai apartment blocks where everyone knows each other. We’ve been here for a bit and the neighbors are used to us coming and going at odd hours.
