Casa Belle Realty Llp

We set up Casa Belle Realty Llp on the second floor of Nathani Heights. This building is right on Dr. D.B. Marg on Bellasis Road. If you know the area, you know it is basically right opposite Mumbai Central Station. That means it is never really quiet around here with the trains and the crowds always moving, but we don't mind it too much. Being on the second floor helps a little bit with the street noise. Our office is just a regular workspace where we handle all our property matters. It is a very central location which makes it easy for us to get to different parts of the city when we have to go out and see a site or meet someone. We have been in this spot for a while now and we know the lanes and the buildings around here pretty well. Nathani Heights is a tall building, so it is easy to spot from a distance. Inside, it is just us doing the usual work, lots of phone calls and sorting out files. We don't have any big flashy signs or anything like that. It is just a place where we come to work every morning and do what needs to be done. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow when the building is full, but that is just how it goes in Mumbai. We just take it as it comes.
