Capri Associates Llp is over at New Marine Lines. Our office is on the first floor of the Court Chambers building, which is on Vitthaldas Thackarsey Marg. It’s a pretty old part of town with a lot of history. Specifically, we're in Plot 15A, number 35. Working near the courts and the sea breeze makes for an interesting day. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a straightforward office setup. We don't have fancy decor or anything like that, just our desks and the usual office stuff. The daily routine is mostly paperwork and meetings. Since we are in Court Chambers, there are always lawyers and people in suits walking around the building. We just do our own thing. Marine Lines is a busy area, especially during the day. Finding parking can be a nightmare, so most of us take the train. The building has that classic Mumbai feel to it. It’s not a shiny new glass tower. We prefer it this way. It feels more grounded. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time. It’s a small, steady group. We keep things simple and try to be helpful to those who come in. There’s a lot to be said for just doing a solid day’s work and then heading home without any extra fuss at the end.
