By The Gram Llp is located right in Bandra West. Our office is on the first floor of Continental Tower, which is part of the Rizvi Complex. We are directly opposite Rizvi College on Sherly Rajan Road. Because of the college, there are always students hanging around and the area is very lively throughout the day. You can find plenty of places to eat nearby, from small stalls to proper cafes. Our office, unit 101, isn’t huge but it’s enough space for what we do. We work on various projects, mostly creative stuff given the neighborhood we are in. Bandra has a specific energy that keeps us going, and we definitely feel that here. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees and strict rules. It's a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. The office gets a bit messy with gear, notes, and empty cups everywhere, but we like the creative chaos. Being on the first floor is very convenient because we don't have to wait for the elevator much. Sometimes the noise from the street and the college is a bit much, but you get used to the sounds of Bandra after a week. We just show up every morning, work through our lists, and try to make things that look good. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We just do the work we like in this corner of Bandra.
