BUILTVUE LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP is based right here in Ghatkopar East. We are in the Chandra Rashmi building on RB Mehta Road. If you know the area, you know Bhanushali Lane is usually quite crowded with shoppers and traffic. Our office is in Block No 2A. It is an old-school neighborhood, and we like being part of it. We deal with building stuff, mostly. It is a lot of paperwork and dealing with contractors who are often late. We do not have a fancy reception area with someone greeting you at the door. It is more of a place where people are actually working. Sometimes the noise from the street gets inside, but that is just life in Mumbai. We have been operating as an LLP for a bit now. It suits how we work together. We do not use big words or try to sound like a multinational. We are just local guys trying to make a living in the real estate world. Some days are very long, especially when deadlines are close. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized. The address at 156 Bhanushali Lane is easy to find if you are coming from the station. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Buildings going up and old shops closing down. We are just one small part of that change. It is practical work. We do not have a grand vision, just a daily routine of getting things built.
