Buildtech India LLP is tucked away on the 7th floor of Kailash Darshan. Our address is Plot 5/1721 on Jagannath Shankarsheth Marg, right by Kennedy Bridge in the Gamdevi area of Grant Road. It is a very old and busy part of Mumbai City. The building has been there forever and we’ve been in office 27 for quite some time. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. From our windows, you can see the constant stream of traffic and people below. We work on various construction and technical projects around the city. Being in South Mumbai means things are always fast-paced. Our office is filled with old files, site maps, and usually a few tea cups. We aren't the kind of place with modern glass walls or fancy furniture. It’s a working office where people are always shouting over the phone or looking at plans. We know the Grant Road neighborhood inside out. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We don't do much in the way of promotion; we just do our jobs and go home. The 400007 area code is home to us and we've gotten used to the noise and the crowds. It's just a regular Mumbai business doing its thing day after day. No big mission statements, just working through the daily grind in this noisy city.
