You can find BUILDERS NEX LLP over in Dharavi. Our office is at J 205 on the second floor of the Netaji CHS. We are located right on U M Thevar Marg in the Thevar Nagar area. As anyone in Mumbai knows, Dharavi is a very busy and crowded place, but it has a lot of energy. We’ve been here for a while now. The office is inside a cooperative housing society, so it’s surrounded by the local community. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular room where we do our business. We spend our days here talking to people and managing our projects. Being on the second floor helps us stay a little bit away from the noise of the street, but you can still hear the city life below. Thevar Nagar is a place where everyone is working hard, and we are no different. We have our files, our phones, and our small team. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We are just builders working out of a local Mumbai neighborhood. It’s honest work. The address at Netaji CHS is where we handle all the day-to-day stuff. It might take you a minute to find the right staircase, but we are there. We like being part of this area because it feels real. We just keep our heads down and get on with the tasks at hand every single day.
