Our place is at Plot No 20, on the Dwarka Laxmiabhinav Nagar Road No 3. It is a simple industrial plot where we handle our daily operations. Being on Road No 3 means we are tucked away from the main heavy traffic, but it is still easy for suppliers to find us. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone pretty much knows how to do everything. There is no hierarchy where people just sit in offices; we are all usually out on the floor or checking the inventory. The building isn't brand new, it has some character and a few scratches on the walls, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time making sure the machinery is running right and that orders are getting packed up. Laxmiabhinav Nagar is a decent area for this kind of work. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so we all know each other. Sometimes we borrow tools from the shop next door, and they do the same with us. It’s that kind of atmosphere. We don't bother with fancy brochures or polished websites. We just focus on the stuff we make and try to keep our customers happy by being honest about timelines. It’s a lot of hard work, but we prefer it this way. You’ll mostly find us in our work clothes, probably covered in a bit of dust, just trying to get through the day's list.
