Blue Origin Restaurants Llp is located over in Aram Nagar II, right near the Ganesh Mandir in Versova. If you know the Andheri West area, you know it can get pretty crowded around here. We are at number 15. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our mornings getting the place ready. Being near the temple means there is always something going on outside. Sometimes we have trouble finding parking for the staff. Versova is a tight squeeze. We deal with the usual restaurant stuff like fixing chairs and making sure the kitchen is clean. It’s just a regular local business. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just wanted to have a place in this part of Mumbai. The weather gets really humid in the summer, which makes working in the kitchen a bit tough. We have some fans going, but it’s still hot. We’ve had a few regulars come in since we started. It’s nice to see familiar faces. We don't spend money on big ads. Usually, people just find us while walking around Aram Nagar. We focus on the daily menu and hope for the best. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves. That's just how it goes for us in Andheri. We just try to do right by the customers who come in.
