Our office is over in Khar West, on the first floor of the Trilok building. We’re right near Madhu Park on C.D Marg. It’s a nice area, usually pretty green and active with people walking their dogs or kids playing in the evenings. Bigdeal Realty sounds like a big name, but we’re actually a pretty small team. We just liked the way it sounded when we registered the name. We spend our time looking at properties around Khar and the neighboring suburbs. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s got a good feel to it. We aren't into those modern, cold offices you see in the magazines. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of local knowledge. If you want to know which building has water issues or which landlord is easy to deal with, we usually have the answer for you. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a place is small, we say it’s small. Real estate can be a headache with all the rules and fees, so we just try to keep it as straight as we can for everyone who walks through the door. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops come and go, but the park stays the same. We’re just happy to be part of the community and help people find a place to stay or work. That's about all there is to it, just keeping things simple and practical.
