Our office is situated in Prabhat Colony, right along the service road of the Western Express Highway. We are pretty close to the Mahakali Mandir in Santacruz East. Because we’re so close to the highway, there’s a lot of traffic noise, but you get used to it after a while. It’s a convenient spot for getting around to different parts of the city. We do a lot of real estate work in and around Santacruz. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our computers, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of documents that we’re always sorting through. We’ve been here for some time now and know the local area quite well. Dealing with property isn't always straightforward. There are a lot of rules to follow and things to check. We spend our days talking to people, visiting sites, and trying to keep everything organized. We don't have a big corporate structure or any of that. It's just a local business run by people who know the neighborhood. We try to be helpful and just give people the facts about the properties they're looking at. Sometimes the internet goes out or the printer jams, but we just deal with it. It’s a regular job and we do our best to keep things moving forward without making it complicated.
