Bghv & Associates Llp is up on the second floor of the Panchratna building on Mama Parmanand Marg. If you know the Opera House area in Girgaon, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office is in room 216. It’s a standard workspace where we spend most of our hours looking at files and talking through things. The building itself is quite well-known in this part of town, mostly because of all the diamond trade and professional offices packed into these streets. Being on the second floor means we get a little break from the street level noise, but you still hear the horns and the crowds outside. It’s just the atmosphere of Girgaon. We aren't trying to be anything flashy. We just have our desks, our computers, and our coffee mugs. Plot 21 is easy enough to find if you’re familiar with the landmarks around Mama Parmanand Marg. There’s always someone coming or going in the hallways here. It feels like a real working environment, not some sterile corporate park. We’ve settled into this space quite well. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but that’s just part of life in an older Mumbai building. We do our work, talk to the neighbors, and try to keep things organized. It’s a solid place for an associates' office, and we are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down.
