Our office is way up on the thirteenth floor, office number 1306. It’s located on Lokhandwala Road in the Oshiwara area of Andheri West. Getting up here takes a minute, especially when the elevators are busy in the morning. Once you’re inside, it’s a standard workspace. We have a view of the city that is actually pretty good when it’s not too hazy out. We handle housing and realty stuff for this part of Mumbai. It’s a lot of walking around and looking at different plots and flats. The paperwork can be a real mountain sometimes. We try to stay on top of it, but there’s always something new to file or a signature we’re waiting for. We are a small team and we’ve been working together for a bit. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy suits. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. People come to us when they need help with property in Oshiwara or the surrounding streets. It’s a lot of talking and listening to what people want. Sometimes we find a match quickly, and other times it takes weeks of searching. We just keep at it until things get settled. It’s not always perfect but we put in the time and effort every day.
