Bebanco Housing Llp has its office in the Shiv Sagar Estate, right in the 'A' Block on the 2nd floor. We are located on Dr. A.B. Road in Worli. It is a well-known building, though it has been around for quite some time. The office has that old-school Mumbai feel to it, with high ceilings and heavy desks. We work on housing projects, trying to find space in a city that is already so crowded. Worli is a busy place, and from our windows, you can see the constant movement of the traffic below. We aren't a high-pressure sales office. We are more interested in the technical side of how houses are put together. There are only a few of us here, and we have worked together for a long time. We don't use all those polished slogans you see on billboards. We just tell people the facts about the properties and the costs. Some days the lift in the building is slow, or the rain makes the commute a mess, but we show up and do the work. We spend a lot of time reading through government papers and maps. It is a lot of quiet, steady work punctuated by visits to site locations across the city. We like the history of this area and being part of the way the city changes. We are just regular people trying to make the housing process a bit easier for everyone involved.
