We run BEAS MANALI ADVISORY LLP out of flat number 702 in the Marathon Era 1 building. It’s part of that Marathon Next Gen complex on Ganpat Rao Kadam Marg. Being in Lower Parel West is convenient for us. The office itself is more like a functional space than a fancy showroom. We didn't see the point in spending a fortune on interior design when we just need a place to sit and work. We’ve got a few desks, some computers, and a small area to make tea. Most of the people working here have known each other for a long time. We talk to each other like friends because that's what we are. There isn't a lot of hierarchy or "sir" and "ma'am" going on. We just get to the point. Advisory work takes up most of our time, and it can get pretty technical, but we try to explain things in plain English to anyone who asks. The neighborhood around Ganpat Rao Kadam Marg is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time. It can be noisy with the construction, but you get used to it. We like the fact that we can just walk out and find good food nearby. We’re just a local business trying to do things the right way without making a big fuss about it. That's our daily life here.
