If you head over to Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, that's where BDMV Realty LLP is located. We are at 205 Wood Row in the Shah Industrial Estate on Plot 19. This part of Mumbai is always humming with activity. We are technically in Village Ambivali, which is the older name for the area. It’s a bit of a maze in the industrial estate sometimes, but once you find Plot 19, Wood Row is right there. Being in Andheri West means there is always something going on outside our windows. We are on the second floor, room 205. It’s a practical space, nothing too special to look at, just a place where we get our work done. Veera Desai Road is a long stretch, and we are right in the thick of the commercial side of it. We see a lot of people coming and going from the other units in Shah Industrial Estate. It’s a solid place to be based for what we do. We don’t really go for anything fancy or polished. BDMV Realty LLP is just us working from this spot in Ambivali. If you are coming from the main road, you just turn into the estate. It’s easy once you’ve done it a couple of times. We’ve grown used to the noise and the pace of this neighborhood. There is usually a bit of a breeze coming through the window in the afternoons which helps on hot days.
