We are based in Mumbai Central, which is basically the heart of the city's old hustle. Our office is on the ground floor of the Potia Apartment building, specifically building number two. It is on Plot CS 222, 292. Being on Jahangir Boman Behram Marg means there is constant movement outside. You have the station nearby and people are always rushing somewhere. The building is one of those classic Mumbai structures that has seen a lot of history. Inside, we have our small office where we manage the inn and the resorts. It’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of stuff, but we know where everything is. The walls are thick, so it stays relatively cool even when the Mumbai humidity is at its worst. We are a small team and we've worked together for a long time. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs. We deal with the local authorities, the vendors, and the staff at the properties. It can be a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but you get used to it. We like being in this part of town because it feels central to everything. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just want to make sure the business runs the way it should from our little corner in 400008. We handle whatever comes our way and keep things moving along.
