Our office is on the ground floor of Potia Apartment, Building 2. We are located at Mumbai Central, right on Jahangir Boman Behram Marg. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something happening outside. Balwas Foods India Llp occupies space on Plot CS 222 and 292. We’ve been here for a bit, and the building is quite well-known in the area. We handle food distribution and some other bits and pieces. Since we’re on the ground floor, it’s easy to get things in and out, which helps with the heavy lifting. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but they stay cool. Mumbai Central can be noisy with all the trains and traffic, but once you’re inside the apartment block, it settles down. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of workers. We’re a smaller team that likes to get things done without too much talking. We manage our accounts and logistics from this spot. It’s a practical location because we can reach most parts of the city quickly. Sometimes the rain makes the entrance a bit messy, but that’s just Mumbai for you. We just keep our heads down and focus on the food side of things. It’s a steady job and we like the neighborhood. We know the chai seller nearby and the local guards well. It’s a good place to run a food business without too much drama or unnecessary expense.
