Bakedcruxes Llp is tucked away in Goregaon East, specifically in the Aspen Garden building on Walbhatt Road. Being in a big city like Mumbai means we have to work with the space we’ve got, which isn't always a lot. Our place in B 1201 is where we handle everything. It’s not your typical street-side shop, but it works for our small team. The traffic on T Yadav Road can be pretty brutal, so we’ve spent a lot of time figuring out the right hours to get things moved in and out. Most of our days are spent in a bit of a blur, moving between the ovens and the packing tables. We don't have any fancy office furniture or a break room. Usually, we just eat our lunch quickly and get back to work. It can get a bit loud with the sounds of the city and the machinery running, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't some big corporation with a lot of rules and polished handbooks. We just have a rhythm that works for us. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a rush of orders, but we always manage to straighten it out by the end of the shift. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially during the festive seasons. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure everything is made the way it's supposed to be.
