We are based out of Sitaram Sadan Building, which sits right on Shamaldas Gandhi Marg in the Kalbadevi area of Mumbai. If you know the neighborhood, you know it gets pretty busy around here with all the trade and people moving about. Our office is D 4 on the first floor of Plot 276. It is not a fancy place, just a regular workspace where we handle our daily business for Bachraj Developers Llp. Most mornings start with a lot of noise from the street downstairs, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. The building has that old Mumbai feel to it, and we like being part of the Marine Lines area. It's easy to find us if you are walking through the market streets. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and dealing with paperwork. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, especially during the monsoon when things get a bit damp. We don't have a big corporate reception or anything like that, just a few desks and some chairs for when people stop by to talk about projects. It's a practical setup that works for what we do. We've been at this address for a bit now, and we know most of the people in the building. It’s a straightforward way to work, staying close to the center of the city where everything happens.
