B & G Jewels Llp is located in the Bharat Diamond Bourse. If you've ever been to BKC, you know how massive that complex is. We are in G Block, office DC 7090. It’s right across from the NABARD head office. Being in the Bourse means we are surrounded by everything related to diamonds. It’s like a city within a city. Security is really tight, so getting in and out takes a bit of time every morning. Our office isn't huge, but it's where everything happens. We spend our days dealing with the technical side of jewels. It’s a lot of sitting and looking at small details. Bandra Kurla Complex is always moving fast, and we try to keep up with the pace. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing. We just wear our regular clothes and get the work done. The Bourse has its own culture, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time here than at home because of the long hours. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have our tasks for the day. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the jewels and the people we deal with. It’s simple. If you find yourself in G Block, that’s where you’ll see us, probably busy with a stack of files or some new arrivals that need checking.
