Avni Real Estate Developers Llp is a small real estate firm based in Santacruz West. Our office is Shop No. 12 on the first floor of the Pitalwala Co Op Housing Society. We are located right on Tilak Road, which is always packed with cars and people. It is a good spot for us because everyone knows Tilak Road. We don't have a massive office or a corporate headquarters. It is just a simple shop where we manage our development projects and meet with people. We aren't the type of people to use big words or make grand promises. We just know the Santacruz area really well because we have been here for years. Our day usually involves a lot of walking to different sites and talking to local authorities about permits and plans. The office is often a bit of a mess with blueprints and coffee cups, but we know where everything is. We focus on developing properties that fit into the existing neighborhood. We don't have a fancy marketing plan. We just rely on the fact that we do honest work and people seem to appreciate that. If you are in the Pitalwala society, you can just come upstairs and find us. We are usually there working on some new project or trying to sort out the details of a current build. It’s just us doing our thing in our own way.
