Our office is situated in the Shakti Prints Compound, which is tucked behind the Bajsons Industrial Estate in Chakala. It’s right in the heart of Andheri East, so there is always something going on nearby. Avenue Realty Llp is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s not a fancy showroom; it’s more of a working office where we deal with the realities of the real estate market in Mumbai. We’ve got a lot of files, a couple of old desks, and usually a pot of tea going. We spend our time looking at property listings, talking to owners, and trying to figure out the best way to move forward with different plots or buildings. Chakala is a very busy area, and being in a compound like Shakti Prints means we’re right in the middle of all the industrial and commercial activity. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing because it doesn't feel right for us. We’re more about having honest conversations with people and being realistic about what can be done. Some days are slow, and other days we can't keep up with the phone calls, but that’s just how the realty business goes. We like being in Andheri because everything is accessible, even if the traffic is a bit much sometimes.
