AV & SETH PROJECTS LLP is situated at A/201 in the Kent Enclave building. We are right on Shimpoli Road in Haridas Nagar. It is a local spot that most people in the neighborhood know fairly well. We are a small partnership, as the name suggests, and we focus on project work. Our office is a modest setup on the second floor. We don't have a fleet of receptionists or a big flashy sign out front. It’s just a place where we sit down to figure out our project timelines and budgets. Shimpoli Road is always humming with activity, which keeps us feeling connected to the local life here. We don't write long missions or talk about being the leaders in the industry. That’s not our style. We just take on projects and do our best to finish them without any major hiccups. The work is mostly about management and coordination. Some days we are out on sites, and other days we are stuck in the office doing the accounting and planning. It’s a mixed bag. We’ve been around for a bit and we’ve learned that being honest and practical is the best way to run things. We are just two partners and a small support staff trying to stay organized and keep our commitments. It’s a simple business model and we plan to keep it that way for the foreseeable future while we work from Kent Enclave.
