Aussie Indo Confectionery Llp is located on the second floor of Bhana Mansion. It's plot 103 on Ranjnadeshmukh Marg. Being near Nare Park Maidan in Parel means there's always something going on outside. Usually, kids are playing or there's some sort of noise coming from the street. The building is older, so it has that specific smell of old concrete and wood. We’ve got the second floor, which means we have to haul everything up the stairs or use the small lift if it’s working that day. It's a bit of a workout. We focus on our confectionery work in the back rooms. The front part is where the paperwork happens, and it’s always a bit of a mess with invoices. We try to stay on top of things, but sometimes the orders come in all at once. Parel is a crowded part of town, so getting things in and out can be a challenge. We know the guys in the shops downstairs. Sometimes we share a snack or talk about the weather. It’s a practical setup. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. Just a small plate on the door. Inside, there's always a lot of chatter. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just look at what needs doing and we do it. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit, but it keeps us cool enough during the summer.
