ATHARVA LIFESPACES LLP is situated in the Dadar East area of Mumbai. Our office address is Plot No. 35/403, and the building is called Datta Ratna, also known as the Rane Building. We are located just off Sir Bhalchandra Road in L.T. Colony. Dadar is a very active and crowded part of the city, which suits us just fine. We work on building lifespaces, but we do not like to use those fancy marketing words to talk about it. We are just a small group of workers who spend our time planning and managing our local projects. The office is a bit small and it is usually full of papers and blueprints. We do not have a big team of executives or any of that corporate stuff. It is just us, the owners and a few staff members, trying to make things work. We have been in this location for a while and we know the neighborhood quite well. Most people find us by looking for the Rane Building near the colony. We are not trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to be honest and do our work every day. It is a lot of effort but we enjoy the process of building things from the ground up in our home city. We stay busy with the small details.
