Artsinal Foods and Beverages is located in Deonar Village, specifically in the Raheja Acropolis II complex. Our office is in the Adonis Augustus CHS, which is a pretty nice residential building on V.N Purav Marg. We are in Building No 1, at Flat A 1304. Because we are in a high-rise, it feels a lot different from a traditional factory or warehouse. We do most of our work from here, which involves a lot of planning and small-scale production for our food and drink lines. The view from the 13th floor is actually quite good, looking out over the village and the busy road below. V.N Purav Marg is always packed with cars and buses, so we hear the honking all day long. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who are really into making interesting food and beverages. The space is a mix of a kitchen and a small office, so there’s usually something bubbling on the stove or a new recipe being tested out. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the equipment, but we make it work. We spend our days experimenting with flavors and then trying to figure out the best way to get them out to people. It’s a slow process, but we like the pace. It’s just our little corner of Mumbai where we do our own thing.
